Is Salt Haven just a relaxing spa?
No. While the space feels calm, services focus on results. Therapists and estheticians work with real concerns such as skin health, inflammation, pain, recovery, and respiratory support.
Do I need a membership to book services?
No membership is required. Packages and series are available for guests who want ongoing care.
Booking & Policies
How do I book services?
All services and salt room sessions are booked online through the booking links on the website or by calling the spa at (615) 824-SALT (7258).
What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we will charge 50% of the service price to the card on file.
Is salt therapy covered by insurance?
Salt therapy is not covered by insurance. Some guests use HSA or FSA funds.
